I’ve been losing on a low-calorie diet, you know burning more calories than what you consume. However, I noticed that most low cal product have a high amount of carbs. What gives, do carbs make me fat?? Should I just consider calories?? Help pls

I’ve been dieting for three weeks. And have been reducing calories to 1200 and fat to 30g a day. I haven’t really been giving much though to protein but am told I need to up the protein intake to carry on losing weight. Any good ideas?
